Refund Policy

GENERAL TERMS

The Customer must keep the original packaging and original invoice / bill incase the service(s) is likely to be refunded

The refund for the service(s) may be restricted by the Company depending on the nature / category of the service(s) or the legitimacy of the complaint / claim

In the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality service(s), the Company reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against the concerned Customers and the concerned Customers will be solely liable for all costs incurred by the Company in this regard

INTIMATION

ONLINE ORDERS

In case of any defect or dissatisfaction with the service(s) Customer must contact the Company within [15 days] from the date of purchase. The Customer has to provide a reason for the dissatisfaction along with the said service(s)

If Customer is unable to intimate the company within the above specified timeline, the Company shall not be held liable for the failure to refund the order

ORDERS PLACED VIA DISTRIBUTORS

In case of any defect or dissatisfaction with the service(s) Customer must contact the Company from whom they had purchased the same, within [15 days] from the date of purchase. The Customer has to provide a reason for the dissatisfaction

In case the customer is dissatisfied with the service(s), it is the Direct Seller's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of service(s)

If Customer is unable to intimate the company within the above specified timeline, the Company shall not be held liable for the failure to replace or refund the order

  2. Mention the reason for refund
  3. Attach the Copy of Original Invoice
  4. [Attach the Photo / Video of the service(s) required to explain the reason] 

ASSESSMENT

Upon intimation of complaint or claim for refund the Company shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if the Company is convinced that the complaint is genuine, the Company will proceed further and advise the Customer to initiate the refund process

ACCEPTANCE

The refund claim for service(s) are subject to verification and checks by the Company in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint / claim, if the Company is satisfied with the verification of the compliant the company will initiate the further process

Depending on the nature of the service(s) and the complaint / claim the company will decide whether the customer is eligible for refund of the service(s)

REFUND

If the Customer is eligible for the refund for service(s), the company will initiate the refund process within [ 5 working days]
